The bathroom was old. the shower had poor water pressure, which was disappointing. One of the waiters had a rude encounter, but that seemed to be an isolated incident. The outdoor area could use more sun loungers since they were scarce at peak times. Despite these drawbacks, I would go back for the views and ambiance.

Beautiful hotel right on the lakeside. The kids loved the fabulous pool, and we enjoyed the easy access to ferry rides, allowing us to explore charming lakeside villages. The air conditioning was a savior during warm days, and the soundproofing made our stay comfortable even with four children.

My children wanted more space in the room, especially with all their luggage. A family suite option would have been great.
